How quickly do you ship orders?
We accept orders for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 12:00 PM.
For example, if you manage to place an order by Monday 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day, whereas an order placed on Monday after 12:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday.
Correspondingly, if you place an order on Tuesday or Wednesday until 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday, and if on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, Thursday, or Friday until 12:00 PM - we will ship your parcel on Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders to Lithuania and Latvia are usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery to Estonia takes 1-2 business days, and to Finland – 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Can I pick up the goods on-site?
Yes, you can pick up your ordered goods at our order pickup point in Vilnius, B. Sruogos st. 52.
How to find the irankiuturgus.com order pickup point?
You will find the order pickup point at the entrance to the yard between B. Sruogos st. 52 and B. Sruogos st. 54, on the left side.
After opening the wooden gate, you will find your order with the order number attached.
Self-service - just take your item and close the gate. Thank you!

The product can be used as a grill, in which case the upper part of the grill chamber should be disassembled and the lid should be placed directly on the lower chamber.
When using the product for steam cooking or as a smoker, use both parts of the grill chamber and the lid. Place the kindling in the lower bowl and the wood for smoking on the grate of the bowl. Wood cannot burn, only smoke, so it should be soaked beforehand or use a commercially available product. If the wood is cut into too small pieces, they should be placed on aluminum foil or trays. Place a bowl on the upper hooks and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for aroma. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking. Place the grate on the bowl on which the food to be steamed will be placed. Food intended for smoking should be hung on the hooks attached to the bars of the lid
