Product description
Very good quality filtering device, Vorel ash separator. After connecting it to the vacuum cleaner, it serves as a filter to stop the impurities remaining in the furnace. Ideal for cleaning the fireplace. It is equipped with a PET filter mounted in a plastic basket. The metal tank with a capacity of 18l can be quickly cleaned thanks to the use of 2 clamps. The kit also includes a flexible hose with a length of 1 m made of galvanized steel. It is finished with an aluminium end with a length of 23cm and a diameter of 38mm. The possibility of connecting a vacuum cleaner equipped with a hose with a diameter of max 34mm.
Purpose / use
The ash separator is used to clean fireplaces, grill mills from cold, dry ash. Thanks to roomy
to the tank, the flexible hose it is possible to reach hard to reach places and accurate them
Purification. The separator has been equipped with a replaceable air filter.
The separator is designed for dry work. It is forbidden to draw water, wet ash or other
wet waste.
Usage
Check the tank, empty it if necessary. Check the condition of the gasket under the tank cover, if necessary clean it with a soft slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents to clean the gasket. A well-cleaned gasket ensures a tight connection between the cover and the tank, and thus more efficient operation of the device. Check the condition of the filter, in the case of soiling, clean it with a stream of compressed air with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. If impurities can not be removed from the filter, replace it with a new one (No. 72921). Connect the flexible hose to the inlet. Attach the suction nozzle to the free end of the hose.
The temperature of waste collected by the separator may not exceed 40 C.
After finishing work, proceed with the vacuum cleaner maintenance.
After each use, check the tank, lid seal and air filter. Clean the separator from the outside using a stream of compressed air with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. Particular attention should be paid to the passage of ventilation openings, both inlet and outlet. If necessary, clean with a stream of compressed air with a pressure of not more than 0.3 MPa. Do not use sharp, metal objects to clean the ventilation openings. Remove larger dirt from the casing with a soft cloth.
