How quickly do you ship orders?
We accept orders for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 12:00 PM.
For example, if you manage to place an order by Monday 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day, whereas an order placed on Monday after 12:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday.
Correspondingly, if you place an order on Tuesday or Wednesday until 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday, and if on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, Thursday, or Friday until 12:00 PM - we will ship your parcel on Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders to Lithuania and Latvia are usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery to Estonia takes 1-2 business days, and to Finland – 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Can I pick up the goods on-site?
Yes, you can pick up your ordered goods at our order pickup point in Vilnius, B. Sruogos st. 52.
How to find the irankiuturgus.com order pickup point?
You will find the order pickup point at the entrance to the yard between B. Sruogos st. 52 and B. Sruogos st. 54, on the left side.
After opening the wooden gate, you will find your order with the order number attached.
Self-service - just take your item and close the gate. Thank you!

Refilling the tank:
Close the gas valve by turning the regulator knob as far as it will go in the direction marked "1" and make sure that the switch is in the position marked "OFF".
Good quality gas should be used. The gas container should be equipped with an adapter adapted to the type of valve.
Point the burner with the valve upwards. Connect the outlet of the gas container to the valve. Press the cylinder against the valve.
Fill until the first signs of overfilling, gas will start to come out from between the burner connections from the gas container.
Put the burner aside for a few minutes to stabilize the gas pressure in the tank.
