How quickly do you ship orders?
We accept orders for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 12:00 PM.
For example, if you manage to place an order by Monday 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day, whereas an order placed on Monday after 12:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday.
Correspondingly, if you place an order on Tuesday or Wednesday until 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday, and if on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, Thursday, or Friday until 12:00 PM - we will ship your parcel on Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Orders to Lithuania and Latvia are usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery to Estonia takes 1-2 business days, and to Finland – 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Can I pick up the goods on-site?
Yes, you can pick up your ordered goods at our order pickup point in Vilnius, B. Sruogos st. 52.
How to find the irankiuturgus.com order pickup point?
You will find the order pickup point at the entrance to the yard between B. Sruogos st. 52 and B. Sruogos st. 54, on the left side.
After opening the wooden gate, you will find your order with the order number attached.
Self-service - just take your item and close the gate. Thank you!

Thanks to this function, the assembly process is very convenient, fast, and, most importantly, safe. It prevents fingers from being crushed.
Thanks to its telescopic structure, it can be extended to any length up to 3.8 m, depending on the user's needs. Maximum load capacity 150 kg. A special advantage of the VOREL ladder is its small dimensions when folded: 47x90cm. This facilitates both transportation, carrying, and storage. It can be conveniently stored in apartments, basements, or rooms because it does not require a large area. It is also very convenient to transport. It easily fits in the trunks of passenger cars, and you no longer need a van or a car with a roof rack to transport it. Its small dimensions and weight also allow it to be safely carried without fear of damaging or scratching walls, furniture, etc.
It is made of high-quality materials. Telescopic profiles and rungs are made of aluminum. All connections between the rungs and the telescopic elements are made of nylon - a material resistant to low temperatures (does not crack in frost) and weather conditions (does not crumble after a few years).
