Refund policy

 

Return of quality goods. Right of withdrawal:

 

Only buyers who are natural persons may return quality goods. Legal persons are not entitled to a refund for quality goods, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in a separate agreement. 

 

You have the right to return the goods and withdraw from the purchase-sale contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a person indicated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right to withdraw from this contract, you must notify MB Vespula of your decision by means of an unambiguous statement sent by email to info@irankiuturgus.com.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

 

We will make such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, to the following address: MB Vespula, B.Sruogos g. 52, LT-10220 Vilnius, Lithuania. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You may calculate the return costs of the goods using the Venipak Fast calculator, the Omniva terms and prices for private customers, or by contacting any other courier providing goods delivery services.

 

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

When returning goods, you must comply with the following conditions:

- the returned goods must be in their original neat packaging;

 

- the returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and must not have lost their commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.);

 

- the returned goods must be in the same complete set as you received them;

 

- when returning the goods, you must provide proof of purchase (invoice, cash register receipt).

We have the right not to accept returned goods if this return procedure is not followed.

 

 

Warranty: 

 

All goods and their component parts sold on the website irankiuturgus.com are covered by a 2 (two) year warranty.

 

A component part of a product is such a part without which the product may still be used independently, for example, a battery charger, etc.  

 

If a product or its component parts are replaced during the warranty period, the 2-year warranty period is not restarted for that product or its component part. 

 

The warranty period begins from the moment the product is handed over.

 

If you have purchased goods of inadequate quality, you have the right, at your option, to:

 

1) request that the defects in the goods be remedied free of charge (repair of the goods);

2) request that the goods of inadequate quality be replaced free of charge with goods of proper quality;

3) request an appropriate reduction in price;

4) unilaterally terminate the contract and request a refund of the price paid.

For wholesale customers, warranty and goods return conditions are established by a separate agreement between the parties, and if no such agreement has been signed, a warranty period of 6 (six) months shall apply to buyers that are legal persons.

 

 

Return of quality goods. Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to return the goods and withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 (fourteen) days after the date on which the goods are received by you or by a person designated by you other than the carrier.

In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must notify Vespula MB of your decision by sending an unambiguous statement to info@irankiuturgus.com. 

 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send a notification that you exercise your right to withdraw from the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

 

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract, refund any money we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you have opted for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us).

 

We will make such a refund using the same payment method as you used for the original payment transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method, in which case you will not be liable to pay any charges in respect of such refund. We may not refund the payment until we have recovered the goods or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods, whichever is the earlier.

 

You must immediately and in any event not later than 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract, send the goods to Vespula MB, B.Sruogos g. 52, LT-10220 Vilnius, Lithuania. The time limit is not infringed if you have sent the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by you. 

 

You are only liable for any diminution in the value of the goods caused by actions not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.

 

You must comply with the following conditions when returning goods:

 

- returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;

- returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in good condition (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc.);

- returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received it;

- you must provide proof of purchase (invoice, till receipt) when returning the product.

 

We have the right not to accept returns if these return procedures are not followed.

Warranty:

All goods and their components sold on irankiuturgus.com are warranted for a period of 2 (two) years.

A component is a part of the product without which the product can be used independently, such as a battery charger, etc.

If the product or its component are replaced during the warranty period, the 2-year warranty does not restart for that product or component.

The warranty period starts from the moment of handover of the product.

If you have purchased a product that is not of satisfactory quality, you have the right, at your option:

1) to have the defective goods repaired free of charge;

 

2) to have the defective product replaced free of charge with a product of the appropriate quality;

 

3) demand a corresponding price reduction;

 

4) unilaterally terminate the contract and demand a refund of the price paid.

For wholesale customers, the warranty and return conditions are subject to a separate agreement between the parties and, in the absence of such an agreement, a warranty period of six (6) months applies for buyers who are legal persons.
