How quickly do you ship orders?
We accept orders for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 12:00 PM.
For example, if you manage to place an order by Monday 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day, whereas an order placed on Monday after 12:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday.
Correspondingly, if you place an order on Tuesday or Wednesday until 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday, and if on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, Thursday, or Friday until 12:00 PM - we will ship your parcel on Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.

Orders to Lithuania and Latvia are usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery to Estonia takes 1-2 business days, and to Finland – 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Can I pick up the goods on-site?
Yes, you can pick up your ordered goods at our order pickup point in Vilnius, B. Sruogos st. 52.
How to find the irankiuturgus.com order pickup point?
You will find the order pickup point at the entrance to the yard between B. Sruogos st. 52 and B. Sruogos st. 54, on the left side.
After opening the wooden gate, you will find your order with the order number attached.
Self-service - just take your item and close the gate. Thank you!

Product description
Spray gun is used for painting work. Compressed air is a prerequisite for proper operation of the gun. The paint from the gun tank and the compressed air supplied to the gun form a mixture of lacquer and air particles at the nozzle outlet of the gun.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Getting started
Use a flat spanner to tighten the nozzle. Check the tightness and reliability of the compressed air supply connections. Blow air supply hose before connecting it to the installation. Before using the gun make sure that it is properly cleaned and maintained. Make sure that the container with the coating material is properly sealed.
Adjustable spray jet width
Changing the width and shape of the spray jet can be achieved by rotating the air nozzle. The shape of the flux can be smoothly adjusted from flat to round as needed. The amount of coating material supplied to the air stream is determined by the knob for regulating the amount of coating material. On the other hand, the spray adjustment knob adjusts the intensity of the mixture of the coating material to the air. It is recommended that the mix stream be adjusted so as to obtain the smallest particles of the coating material, this will provide a better spreading of the coating material on the surface.
Work with a gun
Use a gun to maintain the distance between the gun outlet and the covered surface in the range of 10 to 15 cm. Try to keep the gun outlet perpendicular to the surface to be coated. Avoid curved movements, resulting in uneven distribution of coating material. It is recommended to apply several thin layers rather than one thick.
Adjustable air flow
Depending on the type of coating material, the amount of compressed air must be selected by adjusting the air pressure control knob.
Replacement of the nozzle
Make sure you replace the entire nozzle assembly. The set includes a coating material nozzle, needle and air nozzle.
Needle seal
Check the sealing of the needle seal during operation. In case of significant wear, replace the gasket during periodical inspection of the gun using a wrench to remove the seal assembly.
Cleaning and maintenance
After finishing work, disconnect the gun from the compressed air system and empty the tool tank from the remaining coating material. Thoroughly clean the container from the residue of the coating material. Thoroughly clean the entire transmission path of the coating material. Inaccurate wiping will reduce the flow characteristics of the coating material. Clean the air nozzle with a brush dipped in solvent. Never immerse the entire gun in the solvent. Never clean clogged holes using hard objects because even slight internal damage can adversely affect the performance of the spray jet. After washing the gun, apply a small amount of lubricant to the moving parts of the seals. Tighten the coating nozzle to such an extent to avoid leaks while ensuring a smooth movement of the needle.
