ASTRO DIGITAL welding helmet with digitally controlled wide-angle three-element true color auto-darkening filter. Allows you to observe the welding arc in real colors. It has additional functions such as TRS, tack mode and automatic modes. It guarantees maintaining precise settings even after many years of use.

It has 9 levels of darkness and sensitivity to the intensity of the light source. Working in automatic mode means that the helmet independently and in real time selects the darkness level, sensitivity and brightening time. The dark to light switching time can be manually adjusted from 0.05 to 2 seconds.

protection against UV/IR radiation at the DIN 16 level
filter protected against spatter by a durable polycarbonate lens

the tack mode function makes the filter go from a dark state to an intermediate state (DIN5 darkening) during spot welding and if another spot weld is not started within 2 seconds, then it goes to a light state (DIN 3)

the TEST button allows you to check the correct operation of the self-darkening function. TEST in digital filters of YATO welding helmets starts the procedure of testing each degree of darkening. The routine of checking the correct operation of the filter each time will help protect the eyes and health of the operator.
