We provide a 5-year guarantee for all PRO+ class Goods from the date of delivery. This is a voluntary commercial guarantee: it is provided in addition to and does not limit the Buyer's rights under applicable law. The guarantee applies both to consumers and to business customers.
What we do in a guarantee case
The Seller will, at its discretion, repair the Goods, replace them with equivalent Goods, or refund the price paid.
How to make a claim
Write to info@irankiuturgus.com or call +370 635 76667 (Mon–Fri 9:00–19:00), provide the proof of purchase and describe the fault. In a guarantee case the Seller covers shipping costs both ways.
The class shown for the Goods at the time of purchase applies.
This guarantee does not apply to
- parts subject to natural wear and consumables: drill bits, screwdriver bits, cutting and grinding discs, blades, chisels, punches, seals, hoses, impact sockets, batteries, motor brushes, bulbs, fuses;
- natural wear of working surfaces (for example, wear of socket or wrench jaws or bit edges through use), unless it results from a manufacturing defect;
- damage caused by using the Goods other than for their intended purpose, exceeding the manufacturer's technical specifications (load, speed, pressure, voltage), or using unsuitable accessories;
- damage caused by disassembly, modification or repair carried out by anyone other than the Seller or a person authorised by the Seller;
- damage caused by improper storage or maintenance (failure to clean or lubricate, storage in damp conditions) and any resulting corrosion;
- damage caused by external factors: falls, impacts, fire, flooding, chemicals, faults in the electrical supply;
- normal cosmetic wear (scratches, worn coating) that does not affect the functioning of the Goods;
- changes in the accuracy of measuring instruments (torque wrenches, gauges) where the periodic calibration specified by the manufacturer has not been carried out;
- Goods used for rental or shared-use activities;
- Goods sold with a clearly stated defect or as used items;
- indirect losses: lost income, downtime, damage to other property.
The Seller may amend or discontinue this guarantee for future purchases; Goods already purchased remain covered by the terms published at the time of purchase.
In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Lithuanian version shall prevail.
