The ArcMate 145E YT-81381 inverter welder is a safe and reliable device for coated electrode welding. It meets all CE requirements for welding equipment and has test-approved protection against high voltage shock. It is equipped with an LC filter that protects other devices connected to the same network from voltage spikes occurring during welding. All technical parameters are accurate, and the welding process itself is stable and pleasant.

The ArcMate 145E was developed through a collaboration between the YATO and RILAND teams. The owner of the Riland brand is a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange specialising in welding equipment. As one of the leaders in the Chinese market, it devotes significant resources to research and development. One of the results of this work is a dedicated microprocessor for the welding equipment that independently manages the entire welding process. A proprietary method of welding current sampling and current transformation management translates into unprecedented ease of placing a correct weld at this price point.

The RICHIP microprocessor features a proprietary solution for analysing welding parameters at up to 200 million times per second and allows control of the latest generation IGBT transistors at up to 70,000 times per second. This allows the welding current and voltage to be adjusted, for example, to the current distance between the electrode and the workpiece, up to 70,000 times per second, and each decision regarding the degree of opening/closing of the transistor is made based on over 2,800 samples!

RICHIP is an all-in-one solution. There's no need for additional electronics for functions such as ARC FORCE, ANTI STICK, or HOT START. The lack of additional circuits reduces the device's failure rate, ensuring that the impact of interference generated during the current transformation process on welding quality is marginal and completely eliminated by the number of samples.

Placing the correct weld seam is as easy as with machines several times more expensive! If you don't know how to weld, the ArcMate 145E is an excellent choice. You'll learn to weld significantly faster than with other machines in this price range. The welding current of up to 140 A allows for the accurate welding of profiles and steel elements with a wall thickness of up to 6 mm. Basic Specifications:

Welding current: 30-140 A
Recommended electrode diameter: 1.6-3.2 mm

Function Description:

Hot Start - When the electrode is placed on the workpiece, the welding machine increases the welding current for a fraction of a second, making arc ignition much easier.

Arc force - regulates the arc dynamics depending on the distance of the electrode from the workpiece. RICHIP monitors welding parameters approximately 200 million times per second and analyses the measurement results in real time. Then, by controlling transistors at a speed of up to 70,000 times per second, it increases or decreases the welding current. This results in the best possible welding power source quality for a given current setting.

Anti-stick - cuts off the welding current when the electrode shorts, allowing the electrode to be detached from the workpiece.

VRD - this function reduces the open-circuit voltage from approximately 60 V to a level safe for humans. Despite its significant impact on safety, this function is often deactivated by users. This is due to difficulties with arc ignition, especially among those with little experience. Most inverter welders monitor the output current using analogue sensors, which, in short, slows the response time and, consequently, makes arc ignition more difficult. RICHIP does this differently. It generates a waveform with a frequency of approximately 200 MHz in the welding current circuit. It monitors waveform distortions in real time, which vary depending on the welding stage. The moment the electrode touches the workpiece is detected in a fraction of a second, the VRD function is deactivated, and the HOT START function is activated simultaneously. Arc ignition is prevented.

Overload and overheating protection (fan on demand) - RICHIP monitors the temperature of critical components in real time. Depending on the temperature, it first controls the fan speed. However, when the temperature reaches too high, the microprocessor smoothly reduces the output current, allowing for electrode burnout or a controlled weld termination. In most welders on the market, overheating immediately shuts off the welding current, which often requires mechanical adjustments.
