How quickly do you ship orders?
We accept orders for shipping on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until 12:00 PM.
For example, if you manage to place an order by Monday 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on the same day, whereas an order placed on Monday after 12:00 PM will be shipped on Wednesday.
Correspondingly, if you place an order on Tuesday or Wednesday until 12:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday, and if on Wednesday after 12:00 PM, Thursday, or Friday until 12:00 PM - we will ship your parcel on Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend are shipped on Monday.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders to Lithuania and Latvia are usually delivered within 1 business day after dispatch. Delivery to Estonia takes 1-2 business days, and to Finland – 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Can I pick up the goods on-site?
Yes, you can pick up your ordered goods at our order pickup point in Vilnius, B. Sruogos st. 52.
How to find the irankiuturgus.com order pickup point?
You will find the order pickup point at the entrance to the yard between B. Sruogos st. 52 and B. Sruogos st. 54, on the left side.
After opening the wooden gate, you will find your order with the order number attached.
Self-service - just take your item and close the gate. Thank you!
When will my order be ready for pickup?

Mobile set of three boxes. The lower module 35B S12 is a mobile box on wheels with a telescopic aluminum handle. The box allows you to store various types of tools and is the basis for the remaining elements of the set. It has large rubber-coated wheels mounted on a metal axle. The middle T2 S12 module is a roomy modular tool chest with two lockable drawers. The drawers slide out on metal guides. Inside there are buckets of various sizes for storing workshop standards. The upper box is an organizer with P10P S12 foam. It is equipped with multi-layer foam inserts which, when properly cut, will perfectly protect the tools. All boxes have side connectors enabling connection with other products of the series. Each cover has a flexible seal to protect against dust and water ingress. The structure is reinforced with external ribs.
