MMA 200A PFC inverter welding machine with a power factor correction module, advanced functions and the option of DC TIG LIFT welding with pulse. The PFC module reduces interference transmitted to the network and lowers passive energy consumption. As a result, we minimize the risk of welding repairs in places with sensitive electronics, and we will also use the full potential of the welder (maximum amperage) even with a 50-meter extension cord. PFC module:

Reduces energy consumption and limits current harmonics. The YT-81358 at a maximum setting of 200A will draw 7.1 kVA. A welder with the same welding current, without a PFC module, will consume approximately 9.9 kVA. Almost 3 kVA more at 230V supply voltage is a huge problem for both the electrical installation and power generators. In many cases, the maximum amperage of the welding machine will not be possible to achieve due to the activation of the installation's overcurrent protections, high voltage drop (especially for installations with a cable cross-section of less than 4 mm2), or throttling of the generator.

Function description:

DC pulse - welding with pulsed current. The welding current alternates between base and peak levels in an orderly manner. This reduces the overall heat input to the welded material and reduces spatter. Makes it easier to weld metals with high thermal conductivity, as well as thinner metals, without burning them/burning holes. Additionally, you can achieve narrower and deeper welds on thicker metals. The YT-81358 model has an adjustable pulse frequency in the range from 1 to 100 Hz and the peak and base current power values relative to the algorithm for a given setting in the range from 10 to 50%.

Hot start - when the electrode is placed on the material to be welded, the welder increases the welding current for a fraction of a second, which makes it much easier to ignite the arc. The YT-81358 model allows you to adjust the function in the range of 0-50% and its operation time from 0.0 to 2.0s.

Arc force - regulates the dynamics of the arc depending on the distance of the electrode from the welded element. The YT-81358 model has adjustable parameters of this function in the range of -15 to +15%.

Anti stick - cuts off the welding current when the electrode is short-circuited, which allows the electrode to be separated from the welded material.

VRD - the function reduces the no-load voltage from approximately 60V to a level that is safe for humans. The YT-81358 model has the ability to turn the VRD function on and off.

Electrode modes - automatic regulation of output voltage for different types of electrodes. The YT-81358 model has dedicated settings for basic (E7018), cellulose (E6010) and rutile (E6013) electrodes.

Overheating protection (fan on demand) - the microprocessor in the YT-81358 checks the temperature of critical components in real time. Depending on the temperature, it turns on and controls the fan speed.
