SOLDERING STATION 3.5 LCD TIP 900M 75W (YT-82456)

The YATO YT-82456 soldering station is a multifunctional, high-quality, and efficient PRO-class device designed for joining metal elements. The station works with a 908D type soldering iron with a ceramic heating element (operating voltage 24V), which is compatible with replaceable 900M series tips. The device is manufactured using ESD-Safe technology, which eliminates excess electrostatic charge from the device casing, thus reducing the risk to sensitive SMD type circuits. It features a large and clear 3.5" LCD screen with adjustable backlighting. The 75W power is sufficient for the tool tip to heat up from room temperature to a working temperature of 350°C in approximately 25 seconds. The station has a 1m long power cable.

The YATO YT-82456 soldering station has the following functions:

- Temperature stabilization function allows maintaining the set tip temperature under various heat demand conditions to ensure proper soldering. Depending on the size of the soldered element and the soldering area, the tip emits varying amounts of heat. The device, with the help of an integrated tip temperature sensor, constantly reads the actual emitted heat value, compares it with the set parameters, and, depending on the need, increases or decreases energy consumption to maintain the set temperature.

- Temperature calibration function allows recalibrating the built-in temperature sensor. Depending on the quality, size, and wear of the tip, the user can calibrate the sensor using a temperature measuring device. Correct temperature reading improves the temperature stabilization function and helps the user avoid overheating the PCB connection.

- Hibernation function allows the station to enter standby mode, which automatically reduces the operating temperature to 200°C. This function prevents unnecessary heating of the tip and significantly extends its service life. The YT-82456 soldering station allows setting the device's idle time, after which the device will enter standby mode for 1 to 240 minutes. In this case, heating the tip from 200°C to 350°C takes about 5 seconds.

- Automatic fault detection function allows automatic diagnosis of the condition of the device's electrical circuits. When the power button is pressed, the station performs a self-diagnosis and, if problems arise, displays an error message.

- Settings memory function allows saving up to three favorite temperature settings.

- Device locking function allows blocking the ability to change settings. After entering their settings, the user can block the ability to change them for people who do not know the three-digit password.

- Acoustic signal function turns on or off the device's readiness signal, which informs that the station is ready to operate at the set temperature.
