The YT-07534 electronic torque adapter is a precision tool designed for monitoring torque when tightening bolts and nuts. Mounted between a ratchet (or other drive tool) and a socket, it allows for the measurement of actual tightening torque without the need for a dedicated torque wrench. A clear LCD display, memory functions, and visual and audible signals facilitate controlled tightening operations that require specific torque values.
Precise torque control
The adapter offers a measurement range of 20220 Nm and an accuracy of 2% in both clockwise and anticlockwise directions. This makes it suitable for controlled assembly and maintenance tasks where maintaining a specific tightening torque is crucial.
PEAK and TRACK modes
The device offers two measurement modes, allowing the user to select the method best suited to the task and facilitating the monitoring of both the current torque value and the peak torque:
PEAK displays the highest torque value reached during tightening
TRACK displays the torque currently being applied
Settings and measurement memory:
The adapter allows for saving up to 8 preset torque values. These presets can be quickly selected using function buttons, streamlining repetitive tasks that require different tightening torque levels.
Additionally, the device features a memory capacity of 500 measurement records. Saved values can be reviewed on the display, and once the memory is full, the newest measurement overwrites the oldest one. Torque achievement signalling
The adapter notifies the user as the target value is approached via visual and audible signals. Once at least 85% of the set torque is reached, the green indicator flashes and the buzzer emits an intermittent signal. Upon reaching 100% of the target value, the indicator turns red and the device emits a continuous audible signal.
