We prepare orders every business day

Orders received and paid for before 12:00 noon Lithuanian time on a business day are dispatched or prepared for collection that business day. Orders received or paid for at or after 12:00 are prepared and dispatched on the next business day.

For cash on delivery (COD), the cut-off is based on when we receive the order. For bank transfers and other advance payments, it is based on when we receive payment for the submitted order.

Orders received or paid for at weekends, on Lithuanian public holidays or other statutory non-working days are prepared on the next business day. We announce any additional closures or holidays on our website.

Palletised and oversized goods may require one additional business day. Special-order products follow the lead time stated on the product page; the usual 0–1-business-day preparation time does not apply to them.

Carrier transit time starts at dispatch, not at order placement. Carrier working days and public holidays in the destination country may affect the delivery date.

Preparation examples

• A regular-stock order received and paid for before 12:00 on Monday is prepared on Monday; at or after 12:00 – on Tuesday.
• A regular-stock order received and paid for before 12:00 on Friday is prepared on Friday; at or after 12:00 or over the weekend – on Monday, provided it is a business day.
• If the expected preparation day is a public holiday or another non-working day, preparation moves to the next business day. Palletised and oversized orders may take one further business day.
• For COD orders, only receipt of the order before the cut-off is required in these examples.

Typical carrier transit time after dispatch: Lithuania – 1 business day; Latvia – 1 business day; Estonia – 1–2 business days; Finland – 3–5 business days. We deliver only to countries offered at checkout. Carrier delays can extend these estimates.

Collection in Vilnius

Collection in Vilnius: B. Sruogos g. 52. Enter through the wooden gate between numbers 52 and 54; identify your parcel by its order number. Self-service collection is available 24/7, but please come only after receiving confirmation that your order is ready. Collection is available around the clock; orders are prepared on business days.
