Universal clamp meter with automatic range. Allows to perform basic and advanced electrical measurements. Equipped with measuring clamps, which allow to measure the intensity of alternating current in a single wire using the inductive method. The measurement is performed without the need to disconnect the circuit or disconnect it from the power source and allows to measure much higher current intensity than in the case of conventional electrical meters.

Built-in functions:

TRUE RMS - a meter with this function displays the true effective value of the alternating voltage/current. Unlike averaging meters, devices with TRUE RMS show the correct value not only for a sinusoidal waveform, but also for sinusoidal waveforms distorted, e.g. by higher harmonics or square or triangular waveforms. A mandatory function wherever there are switching power supplies, motor inverter drives, HVAC installations, etc. in the circuit.
NCV - non-contact detection of alternating voltage using the inductive method. The meter detects the presence of voltage in an insulated wire, it can also indicate the phase wire.
LINE - contact detection of alternating voltage, works like a traditional tester. After inserting the measuring probe into the hole in the socket, if a phase is present, the meter will signal its presence.
AUTO - automatic adjustment of the measurement range. When measuring unknown values using a meter with manual range adjustment using a knob, measurements should be taken sequentially from the largest range to the most accurate. Otherwise, we risk damaging the device. However, in the case of a multimeter with the AUTO function, it is enough to take one measurement and the meter will automatically find the optimal range. The meter starts in AUTO mode by default.
H - DATA HOLD, i.e. keeping the currently measured value on the display.
