The YATO welding clamp is a tool designed for stable clamping and positioning of components during welding, assembly, and metalworking tasks. Thanks to the adapter tailored to the holes of the welding table, the clamp can be quickly mounted in the workstation, ensuring stable immobilization of the workpiece. The maximum opening of 300 mm and a throat depth of 120 mm allow for clamping elements of various sizes.
The body is made of chromium-vanadium steel CrV40, providing high mechanical strength, which is crucial during intensive workshop tasks. The chrome-plated surface increases corrosion resistance and makes it easier to keep the tool clean. The clamp is equipped with an ergonomic, two-component handle made of PP and TPR materials, ensuring a secure grip during pressure adjustment.
Compatibility with the welding table system
The clamp is available in two versions, designed for welding tables with different diameters of mounting holes:
- YT-63923 adapter with a diameter of 16 mm
- YT-63924 adapter with a diameter of 28 mm
Matching the adapter diameter to the hole system of the table allows for stable mounting of the clamp and flexible placement of clamping points in the workstation. The 16 mm and 28 mm systems are commonly used in modular welding tables and utilize compatible fastening elements.
