The 81784 multimeter with a manual range for each measurement allows for basic and advanced electrical measurements. Built-in additional measurement sockets facilitate the measurement of capacitors and transistors, among others. Additional protection against mechanical damage is the so-called holster - a rubber casing stretched over the device's housing.

measurement error calculation formula: (measurement result x 1.2%) + 5 x resolution
calculations: (235 x 1.2%) + 5 x 1 = 2.82 + 5 = 7.82 V

*The 81784 metre does not have a true rms measurement function, so the above result is the real effective value of the AC voltage only for a correct sinusoidal waveform.

When measuring unknown values using a meter with a manual range change using the knob, measurements should be taken sequentially from the largest range to the range that gives the most accurate result - otherwise there is a risk of damaging the device.
