This engine locking kit is designed for timing and checking PSA (Peugeot and Citroen) petrol and diesel engines. It is used when replacing the timing belt, performing engine repairs, or other maintenance work requiring precise alignment of the camshaft, crankshaft, and other timing components. The kit includes a wide selection of locking pins, tensioner tools, and adjusting devices, suitable for various engine configurations, including turbocharged and double overhead camshaft variants.
The kit is suitable for PSA petrol engines with displacements from 1.1 to 2.2 litres (including 16V, turbo, and double overhead camshaft types), and diesel engines from 1.4 to 2.5 litres, including D, TD, TDI, and HDI variants. It is also compatible with identical engines installed in some Fiat, Ford, Nissan, Renault, Rover, Toyota, and other cars.
